Shubert Theatre At The Boch Center tickets & upcoming events

The Shubert Theatre at the Boch Center is a legendary Boston venue that really packs a punch when it comes to hosting everything from Broadway hits to exciting local performances. It’s got that historic charm but also a vibrant, modern vibe that makes every show feel special. I mean, this is the place where Boston got its first glimpse of the big stage in 1986 with the opening of The Phantom of the Opera, which still feels like a highlight. Originally opening in the 1920s, it was renamed after the famous Shubert family who were real theater moguls. Watching a show here is like stepping into a piece of history, especially when you snag those front row seats which give you an almost intimate view of the stage, or the orchestra seats that put you right in the action. And trust me, getting there’s no hassle, just walk north on Tremont Street from Park Street Station and you’re in the heart of the action. Beyond just Broadway, the theatre hosts themed concert nights and special events, think of it as Boston’s entertainment hub. They’ve even teamed up with local businesses to make your night out even better. Whether you’re after the thrill of Dante Gebel’s powerful sermons or the comfy VIP experience with John Bishop, the Shubert offers a little something for everyone. Oh, and if you’re wondering about your seats, the interactive seating chart has got you covered, no surprises there. Basically, if you’re in Boston and crave a night of great entertainment in a historic setting, the Shubert Theatre is where you want to be.
